You are responsible for the pictures you upload and the memes you make, and for having the right to use them. You keep whatever rights you have in your own pictures and text.

Templates and other people's images

Meme templates come from third-party sources and belong to their respective owners. Meme Maker does not claim ownership of them. Using them is your responsibility, and you should respect copyright and the rights of the people shown. If you own an image and want it removed from the template search, email mememaker@khurramiftikhar.com.

Fair use of the service

Do not try to overload, scrape or misuse the site, or interfere with the ads that keep it free.
